What is CLCC?
What is CLCC and how is it different from a regular clinic?+
CLCC, the Centre for Lifestyle and Chronic Care, is a structured chronic care institution, not a clinic. The distinction matters. A clinic is typically a consultation where a practitioner reviews your complaint and prescribes. CLCC is an institution with a systematic clinical framework, the CLCC Method, that every patient, at every centre, receives in the same structured way. Care is not dependent on which clinician you see. It is built into the system. See
About CLCC for more.
Is CLCC a supplement company or a wellness brand?+
Neither. CLCC is a structured clinical institution. Supplements and nutritional support are components of some care plans, where clinically indicated, at specific doses, for specific reasons. They are not the product. The product is structured chronic care: assessment, a care plan, implementation, monitoring, and long-term management.
Is CLCC an alternative medicine provider?+
No. CLCC is not an alternative medicine provider. CLCC care operates alongside, not instead of, conventional medical management. Patients continue their prescribed medications. Specialist relationships are maintained. CLCC addresses the systemic contributors to chronic conditions, dietary patterns, metabolic health, gut function, nutritional status, and lifestyle, that conventional medicine typically does not have the time or framework to address. The two are complementary.
Who leads CLCC clinically?+
Clinical governance is led by Dr. Kalpana Katiyar, MBBS MD, Chief Clinical Officer, who oversees protocol implementation, physician training, and quality assurance across the network. Strategic clinical direction is provided by Dr. Pankaj Bharti, MBBS, Chairman of the Clinical Advisory Board. The institution's systems architecture, the CLCC Method, and CLCC OS were created by Neeraj Bharti, Founder and CEO. See
About CLCC for full leadership details.
The Assessment
What exactly is a CLCC Assessment?+
A CLCC Assessment is a structured clinical evaluation, not a routine consultation. It covers your full case history, lifestyle review (diet, sleep, stress, physical activity), existing investigations, and contributing factor mapping. By the end of the assessment, you have a clear picture of what is driving your condition and a care plan built specifically for your profile. Typical duration is 60–90 minutes. See
the assessment page for full details.
What should I bring to my assessment?+
Bring all existing investigations: blood reports, imaging, scans, and any specialist letters. A list of current medications and supplements. Previous diagnosis documentation. The more context you bring, the more precise the assessment and care plan can be.
Is the assessment a commitment to the full programme?+
No. The assessment is a clinical appointment. You receive a structured evaluation of your condition, a recommended care plan, and clear explanation of what the programme involves. The decision to proceed with the care plan is entirely yours. There is no obligation to continue beyond the assessment.
What are the consultation charges?+
Consultation charges apply as with any clinical appointment. Specific charges vary by centre and are confirmed at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees. All charges are disclosed before your appointment.
Can I book for a family member?+
Yes. You can book an assessment on behalf of a family member. Please provide their details, condition, age, and contact information, at the time of booking.
How Care Works
What is the CLCC Method?+
The CLCC Method is the five-step clinical framework applied in the same structured way to every patient, at every centre, for every condition: Assess (structured evaluation), Identify (map contributing factors), Reduce (systematic intervention), Restore (progressive improvement), Continue (long-term maintenance). Each step is specific to the patient's assessment findings, not a generic programme. See
The CLCC Method for full detail.
How is a care plan built?+
Every care plan is built from the assessment findings of that specific patient. Two patients with the same diagnosis may receive substantially different care plans if their contributing factors differ. The plan addresses what is actually active in your case, not a generic protocol for your diagnosis.
Does CLCC care replace my existing medical treatment?+
No. CLCC care runs alongside existing medical treatment, not in place of it. Medications are never reduced or stopped as a requirement of the programme. Medication review, where clinically appropriate, is a conversation between you and your prescribing physician, informed by documented improvement in clinical markers through structured care.
How long does a CLCC care programme last?+
Programme duration depends on the severity (S), chronicity (C), and biological spread (SI) of the condition, assessed at your evaluation. Typical durations range from 4–8 weeks for early-stage conditions to 6–12 months for complex or long-established conditions. Every programme includes a Continue phase for long-term maintenance and monitoring.
How is progress monitored?+
Progress is monitored at defined clinical review points, not on a fixed calendar schedule. Biomarkers, functional scores, and symptom measures are reviewed against baseline findings at each review. Adjustments to the care plan are made based on measured response, not subjective impression.
What does care involve on a day-to-day basis?+
A CLCC care plan typically includes: a specific dietary protocol, targeted nutritional supplementation where indicated, lifestyle modifications (sleep, activity, stress), and where applicable physical rehabilitation. All components are explained in full at the assessment and built around what is practically achievable in your life. The programme is designed for real-world compliance.
Is the quality of care consistent across all CLCC centres?+
Yes. This is a core institutional principle. CLCC's clinical architecture, the assessment framework, care plan protocols, and monitoring standards, is the same at every centre. A patient who begins care in Delhi and continues in Lucknow does not start over. Their care history travels with them.
Conditions Supported
Which conditions does CLCC support?+
CLCC supports 50 chronic conditions across 7 clinical verticals: Musculoskeletal & Mobility (14 conditions), Metabolic Disease Care (6), Gut–Brain Axis Disorders (6), Autoimmune & Psoriasis (5), Neuro-Fatigue Disorders (9), Women's Hormonal Health (5), and Cardiometabolic Vascular Health (5). See the full
Conditions page for the complete list.
My condition is not on the list. Can CLCC still help?+
The structured assessment approach, evaluating metabolic, gut, nutritional, hormonal, and lifestyle contributors, is applicable to a wide range of chronic conditions beyond the 50 listed. If you are unsure whether your condition falls within CLCC's scope, the assessment itself will clarify this. Contact us before booking if you would like to discuss your specific condition first.
Can CLCC support multiple conditions simultaneously?+
Yes. Most patients with chronic conditions have more than one active condition, and they frequently share overlapping contributors. CLCC's assessment maps all active conditions together and builds a care plan that addresses the shared systemic drivers, producing improvement across multiple conditions simultaneously, rather than treating each in isolation.
Does CLCC support autoimmune conditions?+
Yes. CLCC supports psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and early autoimmune disease. CLCC autoimmune care addresses the gut-immune axis, nutritional deficiencies for immune regulation, and inflammatory load, running alongside rheumatology and dermatology management, not as a replacement.

Is CLCC expanding to new cities?+
CLCC is expanding. New centres are brought online only when the clinical architecture, training standards, and monitoring infrastructure are fully in place, ensuring the same standard of care as existing centres. Updates on new locations will be announced via www.clcc.in.
