Structured Assessment

The first step is
understanding your condition
fully.

A CLCC Assessment is a structured clinical evaluation, not a routine consultation. Your history, lifestyle, investigations, and presenting condition are reviewed together to map what is actually driving your condition before any care plan is built.

Consultation charges apply as with any clinical appointment. Available across 5 centres: Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Lucknow, and Dehradun.
01
A comprehensive evaluation, not a quick consultation
Your full case history, lifestyle, investigations, and functional impact are reviewed together. This takes time and a structured framework.
02
Your contributing factors are mapped
Which systemic drivers are active in your case, metabolic, inflammatory, nutritional, or structural, is identified before any recommendation is made.
03
A care plan is built for you specifically
Not a generic program. A care plan built from your assessment findings, explained to you before you leave the consultation.
04
No obligation to continue
The assessment is a clinical appointment. You receive a clear picture of your condition and what care looks like. The decision to continue is yours.
In short

A CLCC Structured Assessment is a comprehensive, in-person clinical evaluation, not a routine consultation. It reviews your complete case history, lifestyle, existing investigations, and presenting condition together, mapping the specific contributing factors before any care plan is built. Available across all five CLCC centres: Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Lucknow, and Dehradun.

What Is Evaluated

A structured evaluation covers
far more than your reports.

Standard consultations typically begin with the presenting complaint, review recent reports, and arrive at an intervention, often within minutes. The context that produced the condition is rarely the focus. A CLCC Assessment is different by design.

See what happens after your assessment: the full patient journey →

Complete case history: when the condition began, how it progressed, what has been tried
Existing investigations: reports, scans, and lab results reviewed in context, not in isolation
Current medications and their relationship to lifestyle and systemic factors
Diet in detail: patterns, deficiencies, intolerances, and timing, reviewed as clinical variables
Sleep quality and recovery capacity, evaluated as measurable clinical factors
Stress load and nervous system state: chronic stress is treated as a clinical variable, not a lifestyle observation
Physical activity and movement patterns, relevant to both musculoskeletal and metabolic conditions
Functional impact: what you can and cannot do, and how this has changed over time
After Your Assessment

What you leave with
after the consultation.

The assessment is not the beginning of an unknown process. By the end of your consultation, you will have a clear picture of what is happening and what structured care looks like going forward.

01
A structured summary of your condition and contributing factors
You understand, specifically, what is driving your condition, what has been sustaining it, and what factors are most relevant to your care.
02
A recommended care plan mapped to your profile
Your care plan is specific to your contributing factors, not a generic programme for your diagnosis. You know what each component is for and why it is recommended.
03
Defined milestones and a monitoring schedule
What to expect, when to expect it, and how progress will be measured, so you can track improvement against objective markers, not just how you feel.
04
A clear path forward, with no obligation
The assessment is a clinical appointment. You are under no obligation to continue with a care plan. The information is yours regardless.
Common Questions

Before you book,
questions most patients ask.

How long does the assessment take?+
A CLCC Assessment is typically 60–90 minutes. It covers your full case history, lifestyle review, investigation analysis, and contributing factor mapping. This is not a routine consultation. It takes time because it is thorough.
What should I bring?+
Bring all existing investigations: blood reports, imaging, scans, and any specialist letters. A list of current medications and supplements. Any previous diagnosis documentation. The more context you bring, the more precise the assessment can be.
Is a CLCC Assessment a substitute for specialist care?+
No. CLCC operates alongside specialist medical care, not in place of it. The assessment addresses the systemic contributors to your condition that specialist care typically does not focus on: lifestyle, metabolic health, nutritional status, gut function, and stress load. Both are valuable and complementary.
What conditions does CLCC support?+
CLCC supports chronic conditions across seven clinical verticals: musculoskeletal and mobility, metabolic disease, gut-brain axis disorders, autoimmune conditions, neuro-fatigue disorders, women's hormonal health, and cardiometabolic vascular conditions. If you are unsure whether your condition is supported, the assessment itself will clarify this.
Can I book for a family member?+
Yes. You can book on behalf of a family member. Please provide their details in the form, including their condition and contact information, rather than your own.
What are the consultation charges?+
Consultation charges apply as with any clinical appointment. Specific charges vary by centre and are confirmed at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees. Everything is disclosed before your appointment.

Why Assessment First

Three reasons assessment must
come before everything else.

The CLCC Method begins with assessment, not because it is conventional, but because without it, a care plan is a guess.
